After handling so many property transactions over the years we know that the fundamental of a smooth transaction is a personal and dedicated service with constant communication. You will be looked after by the same person through every phase of your transaction, from valuation until sale or letting. In order to maintain such a personal service we choose to only work with a limited number of selected properties - usually no more than about 50 at any one time. Our clients will be seriously motivated and our properties are therefore usually very realistically priced with the intention of achieving a sale or rental within a short space of time (often just days) of coming onto the market.
